LOCATION: Halsey, Oregon
This project consisted of a complete new recausticizing system to replace an existing system. New equipment included a new white liquor pressure disc filter, slaker, causticizers (4), lime storage tanks, green liquor stabilization tank, and a new MCC building. The process converts approximately 600 gpm of green liquor into white liquor.
The owner acted as general contractor and the project was completed in a 16-month time frame.
