The rush to establish wood products manufacturing facilities in Russia has created numerous opportunities for Machinery Suppliers and Design and Engineering firms to
participate first hand in the development of Russia’s wood products manufacturing industry. The lessons learned and experience gained from past projects provides a basis for successful planning and execution of future projects.

We will discuss the challenges and solutions associated with Communication, Project Management, Design and Technical, and Construction based upon our involvement with
building a state of the art Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) facility in Russia.

Awareness of the issues discussed and attention to the suggested solutions improves the long term chances for a successful project.
