As of Monday, June 8, 2020, Evergreen Engineering® is reopening its doors on a limited basis, with employees maintaining CDC-recommended distancing and sanitation routines until the public health directive indicates it is safe to return to business as normal.

In the meantime, we will be limiting visitation and using email, phones, and virtual conferencing for correspondence.

This page will be updated as information becomes available. Please know we are here to continue supporting your mission-critical engineering needs so we can emerge from this crisis ready to get back to work.

Evergreen will utilize Microsoft Teams, Skype, telephone calls, email, teleconferences, and web-based video conferences for communications related to the project status reporting, and Bluebeam Revu for checking. We can provide links for downloading and uploading drawing transmittals and other large information exchanges.

In this transitional structure, we’ll continue prioritize quality control process. Periodic project reviews, design reviews, and formal red/yellow drawing checks are components of our in-house Quality Assurance Program and are employed to ensure the accuracy and quality of the engineering, deliverables, and other services.

Evergreen’s system will utilize formal project reviews in Microsoft Teams and Bluebeam Revu. The reviews include key project engineering, project management, and Principal in Charge personnel, each providing a critical review, focused on value engineering principles for each deviation from original scope of work.

We still have full use of our formalized document transmittal methodology; a proprietary method of controlling document versions; and a secure document sharing site. Additionally, we have developed internal procedures for issuing and managing revisions of documents as well as employing a full-time staff dedicated solely to handling commercial and technical documents and communications.

In the midst of this public health crisis, we are taking every step to ensure the safety of our staff and our clients. If you have critical engineering needs during this time, we are available and ready to provide engineering solutions, project leadership, and technical expertise.
